The worst is (likely) behind us. 가장 나쁜 상황은 벗어난 듯하다.
1. likely는 잘 안 넣는 듯하다. 그냥 I think the worst is behind us. 이런 짜임으로 자주 쓰는 듯하다.
2. behind us 말고 다른 명사를 넣을 수 있나? 그렇다.
The worst is behind you, him, them, Facebook. 다 넣어서 쓰인다.
3. behind 다음에 다른 말은 어떻게 넣나?
The worst is behind us for housing. For commercial real estate, there is still a big dark cloud.
4. 반대 뜻은 많이 쓰이나?
Coca에서 검색하면 I fear the worst is ahead. 라는 보기글 하나만 나온다.
